Highly, highly recommended. I would honestly cross 6 Bangkok busy highway roads as a pedestrian, to get here. The stylist/owner has an excellent eye, and speaks English very well. If you have a Thai phone, you can easily call to schedule an appointment. I wasn’t sure beforehand and the booking system on the website was suspiciously way too empty to be accurate, so I just came by and walked in. She was extremely busy but shifted around to accommodate. She took great care with the cut.

I came for the keratin treatment and it came out beautiful for a very good price, my hair is super soft and shiny and I absolutely love it. The staff is very friendly and they took their time with every step of the process, and told me I could always come back if there would be any issues at all. Definetely recommended!

I’m very picky with my hair. I’m from Phoenix Arizona and fly to Boston Massachusetts to get my hair cut 2x a year. I’m currently on vacation in Bangkok and in desperate need of a haircut. (It’s been over 1.5 years since my last cut). I hopped on FB and typed “best place to get a hair cut in Bangkok” and Oilly Hair Salon Bangkok popped up with a rating of 100%. I scrolled through the photos and read all the reviews..liked what I saw so I booked. To start of…the wash was amazing! I have never layed down to wash my hair at a salon before and it was so relaxing. The wash alone made my hair look and feel great. Then my hair was gently dried before cutting…which I found strange. I let the stylist know I wanted a cut as well…. Said she likes to see how the hair falls natural so she can cut it correctly to my liking. So, I trusted the process. Wow, let me tell you.. I absolutely love my hair. I have straight hair and when it grows out it gets heavy. I sent her a before and after picture of my hair to show what I wanted the results to be..She clearly saw my direction and went to work. Not what I expected on cutting style (the U.S does it differently wash cut dry style then detail) but I couldn’t ask for a better haircut. The amount of life with layers and body she gave my hair is AMAZING! I would take her with me back to the states as my personal hairstylist if I could. Lol!! Her stuff was amazing and I can definitely say everytime I visit Bangkok OILLY HAIR SALON will DEFINITELY be my go-to spot. I HIGHLY recommend!! Before, day of and morning after photos to follow. A Hidden Gem in Bangkok! I’m so glad I found Oilly’s salon! From the moment we arrived, Oilly, the owner, was incredibly warm, friendly, and easy to talk to. She speaks perfect English and truly understands what her clients are looking for. I brought my mom in for a haircut because she had been complaining about her long hair. After searching for a while, I came across all the positive reviews about Oilly’s professionalism, and I’m so happy I decided to give it a try! Oilly worked her magic, and my mom couldn’t be happier. She said it’s one of the best haircuts she’s ever had!! Seriously, not even in California have we found a stylist this good for her hair. A Note from the Founder
I grew up in a family of hairstylists. Since I was little, I was always watching my aunt work in her salon, and that is where I first absorbed and fell in love with this craft.
Later, I enrolled in hair school and studied seriously, completing the full foundational curriculum. After that, I continued practicing, refining my skills, and building experience, until I developed my own ideas, style, and design approach.
I believe the right haircut and hair color can truly reflect a person’s personality and bring out their confidence. That is why I focus on creating haircuts and hair color that suit each client’s personality, face shape, and lifestyle with real precision. I can also help guide your overall look, from clothing and personal style to the image you carry in everyday life. And if you have not yet found a style that feels like you, I am always happy to help you discover one that truly fits who you are.
I started helping at my aunt’s salon at the age of 15, before going on to study hair professionally in full. I completed the program and earned my foundational certificate in hairstyling, and today my salon is entering its 10th year.
Over the years in this profession, I have developed a deep understanding of hair in all its conditions, whether it is damaged hair, chemically-treated hair, or hair with other specific needs. I have worked firsthand with these concerns many times, and I am still always learning, because hair color trends and haircut techniques continue to change every year. That is why I never stop improving myself. I continue my education through courses in Thailand and abroad, which allows me to learn new techniques and work with an even wider range of hair.
Another thing I care deeply about is choosing the right products for each client’s hair. At the salon, I use products from a variety of brands and countries, because I believe every brand has its own strengths and unique qualities. No single brand is right for everyone. That is why I carefully select what suits each person best, so the result is beautiful, looks its best, and matches what the client truly wants.
What makes me proudest is seeing my clients change for the better after visiting us. It is not only about looking beautiful, but about the confidence they gain and the way their personality begins to shine more clearly.
